Tour Itinerary:
Day 1 - Welcome to Israel
(Monday, Thursday or Saturday) – upon arrival at Ben Gurion International Airport driver, our driver will pick you up to Deborah Hotel in Tel Aviv (or similar, subject to availability) where you will spend the next 04 nights.
Day 2 (Tuesday, Friday or Sunday) - Jerusalem - The Holy City & the heart of Israel
At around 07:20 AM, our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel, drive to Jerusalem (around 1 hour) enter the Old City of Jerusalem through Jaffa Gate and walk through the Armenian and Jewish Quarter to the recently excavated and restored Cardo, the Roman road. See the Jewish Wailing Wall – the Kotel – and continue to the Christian Quarter. Walk along the Via Dolorosa and visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Proceed to the New City; view the Knesset, Israel's parliament and visit Yad Vashem, the Memorial to the Holocaust victims.
Important Remarks:
- On Saturdays and Jewish holidays, instead of Yad Vashem the Jerusalem Israel day tourwill take you to visit the tomb of King David, the room of the Last Supper and the Dormition Abbey.
- Modest attire is required for visiting holy places of any religion (men with head covering, women with shoulder covering; for both men and women - no shorts).
- Comfortable walking shoes are suggested.
- All Jerusalem Israel Day Tours are conducted by government licensed guides and in luxury air-conditioned vehicles and buses.
- Daily Jerusalem Israel Day Tours are conducted in English (second language upon request).
Day 3 – Sea of Galilee & Nazareth - Jesus has been here!
Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel's lobby at around 07:20, We will drive up to the Galilee (around 2 hours Depart Tel Aviv via the Coastal Road and the landscape of the Lower Galilee to Nazareth, the town where Jesus spent his childhood. Visit the Church of Annunciation and the Church of St. Joseph. Continue, via Kana, to Tiberias, the lovely resort town. Drive along the Lake Kinnereth to visitCapernaum and view the ruins of the ancient synagogue where Jesus taught. Continue to Tabgha, the site of the Miracle of Fish and Loaves, located at the foot of the Golan Heights. Continue toYardenit, the famous Baptismal site, where the Jordan River leaves the Sea of Galilee towards the Dead Sea, before returning to your hotel.
Day 4 – The Dead Sea & Masada - what a wonder!
07:20 AM, Depart Tel Aviv via the Judean hills to the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth. Drive along the shores of the Dead Sea to Masada. Ascend by a modern cable car and tour the mountain fortress built by King Herod, where the Zealots of the first century made their last stand against the Romans. Visit the remains of the walls, palaces, synagogue, water cisterns, mosaic floors, roman baths and other findings. Descend by cable car. Continue to the Dead Sea. Enjoy the unique opportunity to swim and float on the Dead Sea that many believe has therapeutic effects. On the way back, view the Qumran caves, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered.
Day 5 – Good Bye (or ask us for more ideas to extend your stay with us!)
Transfer to the airport for departure (reminder – check out time at the hotels is not latest than 12:00)
